1. Our commitment
Juhll, Inc., doing business as Juhll AI Film Studio (a California corporation) ("the Studio", "we", "us" or "our"), wants juhll.com (the "Site") to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of how we build and update the Site.
2. What we do
- We use semantic headings, landmarks and labels so screen readers can move through each page.
- We give meaningful images text alternatives, and we mark decorative images so assistive technology can skip them.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, and pop-up players close with the Escape key.
- The home page intro video is muted, plays without sound, and can be skipped with the "Enter the studio" button. Visitors who ask their device to reduce motion do not see the full-screen intro.
- Film and video players on the Site provide their own playback controls. Where a platform offers captions (for example, YouTube), they can be turned on in the player.
- We check new pages at phone and desktop widths before we publish them.
3. Known limitations
- Some films and reels are hosted on third-party players (such as YouTube), whose controls and captions we do not control.
- Some older films on the Site do not yet have captions or text descriptions. We are adding them as we update each project page.
- The quote form is provided by a third-party service (Tally) inside the quote page. If any part of it is hard to use, email us and we will take your brief by email instead.
4. Feedback and help
If you have trouble using any part of the Site, or need information in a different format, email juhll@juhll.com with the subject "Accessibility" and tell us the page and the problem. We aim to reply within five business days and will work with you to provide the information or service another way.
