1. Plain statement
Juhll, Inc., doing business as Juhll AI Film Studio (a California corporation) ("the Studio", "we", "us" or "our"), is an AI-assisted film and video studio. Generative AI is the production engine for our work, and a human writes, directs, reviews and approves every production. This page summarizes how we use AI. The binding terms are in our Terms of Service, especially Sections 4, 7, 9 and 10.
2. What is AI-generated
- Unless a project page says otherwise, assume that the films, stills and reels on juhll.com contain AI-generated people, places, voices, music and events.
- People shown in our AI-generated work are not real people unless we clearly say so.
- Scenes involving real historical figures are dramatizations, not authentic recordings.
- Some of our series are built from photos of real places. Not every view shown is the real view, and some views could not be reached in person.
3. Where humans decide
Every project is written, directed, selected, edited and finished by people. Nothing we make is published without a human approving it. Our own publishing agent (see the Apps page) drafts posts, but a person approves every post before it goes live.
4. Client projects
For client work, the signed statement of work lists the AI tools we plan to use, and our delivery notes identify which parts of each deliverable are AI-generated. We follow the rules of the platforms where the work will run, including their AI labelling requirements, and California's rules on synthetic performers in advertising.
5. The AI brief helper
The quote page offers an optional AI helper that drafts a project brief from what you type or from a website you name. You can edit or ignore its draft. Our Privacy Policy explains what it sends and keeps.
